About us
Avalon was founded in 1995 as a design office for low current systems. By specializing in fire detection projects, we have become a distributor of the following systems.
Our first and long term exclusive relationship was with MENVIER (now EATON). Today we have strongest partnership with Protec Fire Detecton, PLC, the UK’s largest manufacturer of electrical fire alarms with a 60 year history. We continually search the world over for the best in fire safety, which has led us to enter into exclusive partnerships with several international brands. Examples include the aspirating systems with its unique detection chamber, the patented Protec Cirrus technology, or the linear temperature detection system PROTECTOWIRE. Thanks to our own development, we have localized systems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and integrated elements such as fire brigade panel and transmission, fire key safe etc.
Sustainability and social responsibility
On projects where BREEAM building sustainability certification is required, we deliver our systems at the “Outstanding” level. As a Volkswagen Group supplier, we meet the requirements according to the Sustainabilty Rating (S-Rating).

Design of low-current technologies:
We have a strong team of trained and experienced designers. We deliver projects in the highest standards, for some buildings in 3D (BIM).
Distribution of fire safety technologies:
- PROTEC EPS systems, C-TEC, EATON

- PROTEC aspirating detection systems
- Emergency sound system ASL, Ambient, RCF
- RCF Commercial Sound System
For the above technologies we have complete certification according to local legislation and we are their exclusive distributor and representative for the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Technical support and service:
We have a team of technicians with extensive knowledge of low current technologies. Our technicians are qualified in PO to carry out regular operational checks. We provide full support for the installation, recovery and servicing of low current technologies and provide training on all the systems we supply.
We offer our customers not only interesting products, but especially solutions to the entire fire safety, from the study and design to the issuing of protocols for the installed equipment and training of the operators.
Implementation of projects and installation:
The company Avalon s.r.o. also realizes its projects, especially EPS, evacuation radio and camera systems for key customers. We specialize in production and warehouse premises, apartment buildings, hotels and particularly demanding fire detection installations, e.g. freezers, explosive environments, battery storage, underground spaces, airports and others. Thanks to our know-how in the field of technology and projection, we are able to offer our clients and the clients of our assembly partners high-end and cost-effective solutions.
